What to expect from your session:

Your session begins with a welcome ceremony where you undergo a clearing and calming ritual. 

We will then commence a drop-in meditation to clear our minds and find presence.

We will discuss where you are at, what concerns you may have, and what questions you would love guidance on.

Then commences the emotional/energetic clearing, discovering blocks and limiting beliefs using a variety of methods (statement clears, quadrant clears, chakra cleans, chakra line clears, root clears)

We will aligning your five bodies (physical, emotional, energetic, mental and spiritual) and setting integration activities.
